Peter Taylor sets the benchmark in property management, with more than two decades of experience leading some of Sydney’s largest rent rolls. Known for his calm, direct and consistent approach, Peter’s clients value clarity, reliability and results, and have done so for over 25 years.

As co-founder of Touma Taylor, Peter leads the property management division with precision and purpose. His focus on structure, service and long-term relationships has shaped the foundation of the business. With a reputation built in Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills and Redfern, Peter brings deep local knowledge and proven leadership to every conversation.

Away from work, he’s a father of three and still passionate about the neighbourhoods that first drew him in as a teenager. Music, art and the energy of Oxford and Crown Street left a lasting impression, and while the record stores may be gone, his connection to the area is as strong as ever.
